A little disappointed

Arrived promptly, disappointed in the round cut out eyeholes and also head a little too big. Should probably have read and done more research as it’s the first time doing anything like this. Needed more info up front, or just didn’t see it? Excitement turned to disappointment, a learning experience

Great service + products

I ordered a personalised bunting banner and facemasks with eye cut outs on sticks with just two days to go to my special event. It was one of the view places I could find such a quick turnaround but I was delighted to receive the product on time (Royal Mail 24 hours tracked, ordered Thursday PM arrived Saturday AM). And even more delighted with the quality, the image had been made sharper and the card it was printed on was thick and glossy. Really pleased all round and oh, the WhatsApp confirmation service is a genius, I asked them on the Friday morning to change the colour on the hats and it was no problem! Really impressed and pleased with this company- would definitely recommend :-) Banner + face masks went down a storm!
