Shipping policy

Next Dispatch Day will be the 16th June. 

All delivery times are estimated:- 1 / 4 days within the UK

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery 1 or 2 Business Days usually (Not Guaranteed)
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually takes 3 to 5 days.
  • Evri Next Day (this is next after evri collect the package)
  • Courier is 2 / 5 days (again once collected)

Special Guaranteed Delivery orders received by the deadline (Monday to Friday only excluding Bank Holidays) are processed and dispatched the same day working day if the order is placed before 12pm
.
Someone must be at the delivery address to receive the package,
Royal Mail will not just leave the package anywhere!

Conditions for Special Deliveries:-

We Guaranteed to process and dispatch the order out the same working day if paid for by the cut-off time and if the photo is good to use. We require you to provide your correct email address for automated emails regarding your tracking details.

The Guaranteed Next Delivery by 1pm is something Royal Mail offer and are responsible for, If for any reason beyond our control the package is delayed, neither we or Royal Mail will issue refunds for the order itself. The package will still arrive at some point in the day or the next day. These are personalised custom made to order items just for you and can not be re-used or resold to anyone else. NOT REFUNDABLE! 
Some UK locations are exempt from the Guaranteed by 1pm time, eg Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Jersey and Isle of Man.

All made to order face masks, hats and buntings straws etc are exempt from Distance Seller Regulations. By selecting and using Royal Mail Special Delivery Service you are accepting these terms and conditions. 

For Guaranteed Saturday Deliveries we require your payment and the good to use photo in by 10am Friday at the latest!. Extra charges apply with Special Saturday Guaranteed Deliveries. Someone must be at the delivery address to receive the package!

For International Orders:-

Shipping internationally will take longer to arrive, custom charges may apply and you would be responsible for paying any and all custom taxes.
All made to order items we make and sell are excepted from EORI numbers as they are personalised item made  for you.
Any rejected packages processed by your countries customs are beyond our control and therefore exempt from any kind of refund. If the international order does not arrive for reasons beyond our control we will not issue a refund.
Only order if you agree to these terms when order is shipped abroad.
