Amazing customer service

The same day I placed my order I received a series of WhatsApp messages regarding artwork approval. The image I'd sent through simply wasn't high enough quality so I was given the opportunity to try a number of other options until we found one that worked well. The next day I received my order. Amazing, way better than expected!

I was looking for a shop that can create a movie character mask for my company's Gala Night, with a movie character theme. I was so desperate as I could not find any shops that can personalize a character I want (The angel of Death from Hellboy 2). I stumbled upon the UKpartymask website from Google and thought to try. I had very low expectation, that I actually had a back up plan to create the mask myself. But the mask arrived and it blew my mind!!! The masks are perfect! And the masks were also cut to perfection, following the character's face. It is so amazing that I don't need a back up plan now. I can't wait to scare everyone at our Gala night!
