Terms and Conditions Refund

Terms and Conditions for:- (Not Completely Happy with the end Results) 

To Qualify for a refund you must first contact us by email or Whatsapp to explain the reason why you are not happy with the printed face masks. "We have the right to re-print and send you another batch of masks if we deem necessary and if you can provide a better quality photo to reprint the masks". 

Once we approve a refund all masks must be returned to us UNUSED and in the same condition you received them in, you can use the same packaging with the order details / paperwork included.

All refunds EXCLUDE the postage charge, All return postage is at your cost.
